Responsibilities

  • Participate in the Customer Solutions Center's operations and projects
  • Contribute innovative ideas to address challenges and drive solutions
  • Support Mastercard’s digital initiatives, collaborating across teams
  • Gain exposure to Mastercard’s networks, services, and client relations
  • Adhere to Mastercard’s corporate security guidelines

Qualifications

  • Availability: Full-time, starting approximately June 2025
  • Academic Requirement: Penultimate year of a Master’s or Undergraduate program, graduating no earlier than December 2025 or by June 2026
  • Key Skills: Innovative thinking and risk assessment
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Collaboration across diverse teams
